Use the contents of this bag with 9 lbs of meat and 1 lbs water/ice. Grind meat and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Stuff into casings. Cure packed separately inside. Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Spices (incl. Garlic/Onion), Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Nitrite, Spice Extract.
