Usage: Use the contents of this bag with 23lbs meat and 2lbs water/ice. Cut or grind meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Smoke and cook as usual. Smoke 6 - 12 hours or until pepperoni sticks reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees. 

Cure package separately inside.
